tanaiseSome cat just bit me--well, more of a tooth scratch than an actual bite. I have a pink welt with the tiniest drop of blood. Tomorrow, I will call my mother and complain about him. (He gets a little too worked up about being petted still, and this manifests as antisocial behavior. Clearly she should have been petting him more) When his soft sided cat carrier gets here, he will go to the vets. He really needs his shots, as it has been 5 years since he got anything.
I've cleaned up part of my room. The cat box is now in the right place, and the shoe container will go back into place tomorrow, after I wash the dissolved kitty litter off of my floor. I will also figure out what to do with all the various bags of books I have barricading my bed, and take out my recyclables, and run the robot in the rest of the room. I couldn't think of a more solid bowl to put water in, and so for now his water is still in the blue bowl, but the blue bowl has now been put into a pan, so there should be less spilling of the water. Still some, no doubt, since he's that kind of cat.
Oh, yeah, and figure out what to do with the various boxes of stuff that I have put into the living room. Basement probably. After that's done, there's just a box of pans to finish washing, and then the chair to clean. Also tomorrow, I plan to go into Harvard for the May Day Faire.
