What do we think? other than beggers can't be choosers, I mean?

It's true...at this moment I have a room available (actually it's more
like a "suite of rooms"...two rooms that adjoin each other). My
preference is to rent it for a few months.

Below is the description I've been sending to folks.

Look it over and be in touch!

I am a quiet, independent, non-smoking, mostly vegetarian, recycling,
composting, buddhist-ish, politically active woman...looking for a
temporary housemate who is a nonsmoker that won't cook meat or fish in
the house...I'm totally fine about meat and fish being eaten in the
house, it's just the cooking.

I live in a large, funky, single family house with a very timid cat. The
house is in Egleston Square on the JP/Roxbury line, 1/2 mile from the
Stony Brook T stop on the Orange Line and 1 block from buses.

What's available: two furnished rooms that adjoin each other...they are
12'x12' and 7'x8'. There are two futon bed/sofas, night table, lamp,
desk,
chair, dresser, closet, and a TV if you want one in your room.

$575.00/month includes utilities (does not include telephone).

There are no laundry facilities on the premises, but there are facilities
one block away.

Let me know if would like any more information.

Looks good to me. Company if you want it, but privacy to work in. Likely no loud music. Personally I couldn't cope with the lack of meat cooking, but I am quite carniverous... Two rooms is definitely good... So, depends on the owner, and the location, which means nothing to me. And whether it's gone already, which it definitely would have around here...

Well, Celia's not really about about the meat-eating anyway, so if she really wants meat, she could and probably would, just go out and buy some pre-cooked.

Sounds cool... totally let me know if and when she gets back to you. And *obviously* if she needs a reference, I'm here for ya.

That sounds pretty awesome, actually! I mean, if the meat thing isn't a problem. But otherwise, nice.

Not bad -- is there a washer/dryer hookup in the basement? Dryer you can live without, but an in-building washer is a nice thing to save up for.
