I'm still being lazy and not writing, so I'm reading Conjunctions still. Last time was Joe Haldeman "Guardian"--pretty darn good. I can't remember what else by him I've read, but it was good. And then China's story. *so* icky. but good. but *so* icky. Andy Duncan's I couldn't manage--I'm not always good with surreal stories, and I just couldn't read it. So I'm on Gene Wolfe, "Knight."

The only thing I've read by Joe Haldeman was Forever War, which was really good, as I remember,but terribly depressing. Most war books are, though. *g*
