um, from a friend's email: "the funniest thing *ever* was pictures of Billy Boyd and Dom Monaghan on SkyTV looking at LOTR slash art by the Theban Band Club (some zealous fan had handed them a printed-off copy to sign. Imagine their surprise)."

Bwahahaha! I always wondered if they knew about that stuff (like the Very Secret Diaries). I guess they do now, eh? Hee! I'm curious to know how they reacted, beyond surprise. Were they amused, offended, appalled, pleased, indifferent? (Not that I expect you to know the answer, just voicing (or writing, as the case may be) my curiosity.)
