Hey, check it out: 'Self-embedding disorder' now being tracked. My starfish girl has her own disorder now!

Also, whatwasthatbook found the book that gave me nightmares as a kid. I remembered it as "Something Strange," which is probably what they'd be reprinted as, but they were "Something Queer" And since the one that terrified me was "at the Haunted School" who knows why I had actually read it--I was NEVER one to read scary books as a child.

[livejournal.com profile] straif has brought up an important moral dilemma in his journal right now.  I encourage you all to consider the deeper meanings and ramifications of it.

The internet continues in its quest to make me look crazy. I think it's winning.

I saw that and instantly thought of you. I was going to mention it, but I couldn't decide if that would be creepy. :-) I suppose I should say, it reminded me of "Wounds."

I told my mom about it, and she made me send her the link so she could ask the writer for more details about it, and also to tell him about my story. :)

Okay wait, so reading about self-embedding disorder is normal, but reading about blue light fixation is crazy? WhatEVER.

Have you written a story about blue-light fixation? No. Thus, I am less crazy than you.
