Nov. 7th, 2007 10:48 amSo, if the sun god were doing a double date/blind date with his gf, her friend the narrator (a weathergirl), and the Weathergirl's blind date,a rainboy, in downtown boston, where do you think they would go? These are the questions that occur to me while i"m trying to wash my hair. I've named half of my star-crossed lovers, sorted out the background of those two, and set up life-like cardboard cutouts for the other two. I keep thinking things to myself like, "Of course, a waterpoet, that's perfect!" I have also renamed the story they're in, or at least given it a subtitle, and named the main character Celia. Which I tend to do any time I need a sky joke in the story, as i've seen some etomologies of Celia that translate it to Heavenly, as from the same root as ciel, french for 'sky'. I do need a name that translates to earth, but I can't decide if I want another sister (Terra) or a brother (?). Though if I use the sister, I may get to use my Terra, Incognita title again soon.
