tanaiseDo southern colleges streak as much as northern ones? We had whole rituals and plans and events in Michigan. and I know of colleges with similar behaviors, and all of them seem to be northern. I'm wondering if maybe the cold was what made running around naked unique and 'fun'.
My mother's favorite description of me, from a coworker of sorts in DC, was "buxom and formidable." She wants it to be my motto. In the sense, I believe, of having a shirt made. I'm not sure how this is not immediately apparent.
An impressive number of people in my life have complimented my glasses. Like "You look really good in glasses." I'm not sure it this is good or bad (I was ugly in contacts?). Likewise, a number people when others have mentioned the new glasses have said things like, "Oh, yeah, you don't wear glasses very often do you?" (No one up here but my brother and my aunt/uncle/cousin have *ever* seen me in glasses before last friday.) So I assume that means that a) they're not very observant and b) the glasses look right, or they would have noticed something wrong. :)
