tanaiseThunderbird Falls was very good. Better than Urban shaman, and possibly the best Luna book yet.
(Which, yes, may seem like damning with faint praise, but you all know I've had bad luck with finding good paranormal romance. It does look like Luna's got it figured out, though. )
Also, Bride and Prejudice was cute, even if the 4 sisters were entirely too hard to keep from mixing up. Mr. Darcy, as all Mr. Darcys are, ever, by definition, was infinitely cute and I coveted him. The musical numbers were a bit much, but still amusing, and I watched it with a housemate who really likes Indian accents, and it was pretty much best movie ever for her. :) Ooh, Mr Darcy's in Flyboys, and I have wanted to see that. (I can't help it, wwi stuff always intrigues me, I think because it was such a horribly personal yet gory war.)Mr Darcy is from New Zealand. Maybe Mek will bring him home for me... I did send her a picture of a bird while she was gone, after all.
After the gym, I went to Marshalls and looked for cheap yoga pants type things--for working out, but also just for wearing when not at work, as they're comfortable, non-restrictive, and warm, which is pretty much all I ask for from my leisure pants. Instead, though, I found a trove of comfy sleep pants, and spent way more money on them than I probably should have. but they were soft and cotton and just exactly what I like. And the ones I have now are ohmygod so not appropriate to keep anymore. And that's said knowing that no one I need to worry about will ever see me in them. They're too close to dissolving into random pieces of knit fabric, and now I'll have new ones to wear instead. (alright, the pair with the fancy cuffs I probably didn't *need* to get, but if I didn't buy them for myself, who would have?) But I also got one or two pairs of yoga pants, and some socks--possibly all evil, but the best I could do there.
Oh, and it was another 20 minutes on the bike, go me. I watched stargate Atlantis at the same time. it wasn't bad, but I really need to have seen the series from the beginning, I think.
