In my dream last night, I apparently punished someone I know a little for not being interesting by casting them as a sales rep. I have mixed feelings about this--on the one hand it *was* a work dream, but on the other hand, all I remember is the person I don't like was a sales rep. :-)

(You have to say "sales rep" the way one might say something like, "suspected pedophile." I hates them. They suck. All they do is change things that work, and then they don't work for the next sales rep, and there is much freaking out and I have to kill people. Oh, and also they promise things that don't exist and never will exist.)

At a former job, the sales reps had their own company-wide mailing list that was accessible by the name "reptiles". They came up with the name themselves.

Funny how quickly all the techies took up that name to use for the sales reps...
