tanaiseokay, so office boy, who I could have sworn was older than me, is the same ages more or less, and the really really hot boy here is almost 30. I was guessing he was somewhere around my brother's age, anywhere in between 23 and 25, *maybe* as old as me. But I mentioned that today is my 5th aniversery of graduating from college (and Mullins's birthday, but that's just sad, as is the fact that my roommate made him a birthday cake out of tuna and yogurt), and how odd it is, as it doesn't seem like it's been 5 years (I'm arguing for three and a half, but I'll take 4 if that's my best offer.). He said, 'Yeah, I remember how that felt when I hit that milestone, and I just stared at him. I mean, I knew he'd lived here longer than anyone else (4 years, I think), but I assumed he was *right* out of college at the time, so he'd still be a year or two younger than me, maybe more if he'd finished early.
So I had to go see Andrea today, to get my laptop back. And so I got up and made the plans, and walked down to Back Bay to catch the train. I walk down Newbury, to check my cute coffee boy, and then I walk back along Clarendon to the station. And it is only then that I realise that the Pride Parade is going down boylston, which I need to cross. Well, it turned out that it turned there, so it's okay, I think, until I've walked all the way down to the metro building, and realised that I'm on one side, it's on the other, and there are a lot of dykes on bikes between the two of us. I'm thinking this is a nightmare that any number of conservatives have. :)
At andrea's I had pizza, and talked, and then we went out for dinner with her parents (and split an entree and still had leftovers), and then watched the stepford wives, which was *very* good, considering how lame it looked, and just don't pay a lot of attention to exactly how they're made into stepford wives because the details don't hold up any better than cheap paper towels. It was no Chronicles of Riddick, but it was still fun.
And I'm *so* tired now, and my belly is grumbly, so I think I'll probably run off.
