tanaiseTwo weeks to my birthday. How do I know that? I got my renewal notice from OWW today. It was a coincidence, now it's just annoying. Meh. 27.
And that means I have one week to make my sale happen within a year of the first. Perhaps Say... will get back to me. Stranger things have happened. Or Ellen will give me love. Though that's probably pushing the strangeness a little too far.
My chai is all clovy, but they put a lid on it, so it doesn't taste like it at all. So I took the lid off. wheee! but just while I'm sitting here, um, 'working.' If I'm on the move, i'll just dump it down my front without a lid.
had lunch with Kiwi at a cute italian place down the way from here. Very very good food, I say, even though I got the Caprese salad and not the Caprese Panini through miscomunication with our waiter. I *hate* mixed greens salads. So much. Some of it is fabulous and sweet and lovely. And then the next bite will be all sour bitter evil leaves. But the mozzarella was so good, and the dressing was *amazing*.
And why did I decide to wear mascara today? I mean, I've been exhausted all day, and I keep trying to rub my eyes, only, of course, that will just smear mascara all over my face. At least it's khaki colored, and blends in with my freckles. (my boss just came by again to scold me for having done all my work. Meh!)
