(no subject)

In other good news (and if you're not on my friends list and thus missed the good news, you will have to email me to find out what my last post said), I have a new room! I have to move in super fast the weekend of 12/9, so I won't have time to paint it before I move in, but hopefully the following week it will go from being YELLOW to being a nice cool blue color. (I have decided that cool colors work the very best in the southern facing rooms, since they're getting more than enough sun as it is.) This room will be a large single, on the first floor instead of the 4th--it's not amazingly larger, but it's got a loft bed, so it uses the space better, and a door onto the back porch. The local people who are coming to my house open house (Sunday 12/10 from 12:30 to 3:30) will be able to see for themselves, and I'll of course post pictures when it's finished. I'm going to need to get boxes. Man, such a pain.

Oh! And I need to get a package of tissue paper, because I have a fan-shaped transom window on an interior window--five teardrop shapes in a half circle that I want to line with "stained glass," via the way you made stained glass ornements when you were 5-7 and did 'winter holiday' activities the last week or so of class. I can do that ahead of time.
