Paul, the local taken boy, shaved his beard off this weekend. And when I commented on it today, he said, "I did it for you."

last week or so I told him I liked him better clean shaven.

Why couldn't I have someone acting like this who was single? or interested? or preferably both?

How taken is he? Speaking from experience I only stray from my standard facial hair arrangement if certain women hint at their preferences...maybe it means something. :)

I think it's more that she didn't like the beard either, or he didn't like the beard (it was an experiment), and he just attributed the shaving to compliance with my wishes just to be silly. He's a very silly boy.
