Whee! I did my taxes. Now I just need to worry that I did them wrong for at least as long as it will take to get the refunds. But this means I have much more money than I thought I would have, and won't starve to death right away in Boston. SO I should probably start thinking about definites--dates and all--pretty soon. meep.

there's a boy in this movie who's just so damn cute. I want to move to Australia and look for him (and if I was a british novel, I'd find him. Only, he probably wouldn't be who I was looking for. But luckily, the hot Danish boy who'd be traveling with my little caravan would be perfect for me, so it would all work out well in the end. :-)

Claris: buy this book: Complete Sewing Machine Handbook.

My mom's got a copy that I'm flipping through, and it explains *everything.* all the basic things, and then into fancy stuff--this, a few spools of thread, and a bag of remenants would get you well on your way to making clothes. :) I mean, it starts with what every part of the machine is, discusses the needles, the thread, the different basic stitches, the fancy stitches, the feet, care, *everything* you're going to need to get going. So you're going to need to come up with a better excuse now. :)
