More Abracadabra

I was thinking, about the magic get-published button and the magic tricks I was talking about the other night. And I realized, there is a magic get-published button. The thing is, it's magic. It's not "got your nose." It's smoke and mirrors and disappearing rabbits and cutting people in half and turning milk into flowers, and until you learn just exactly how you have to push it, it's magic. :-) Someone can even show it to you over and over again, but until you know what they're doing, you can't do it yourself. And until you do it yourself, you can't know what they're doing.

Furthermore, being able to do it once, even, doesn't mean you'll get it right every time. I hit it, but that was luck. I can't remember what I did right now (and at the moment, I'm fairly cranky with the whole thing).
