Dec. 25th, 2003 01:24 amI should really go to bed now. I'm not as domestic as M'ris, but at least the monkey bread is now done. Monkey bread, for those who wonder, has nothing to do with crazy love slaves or with lint. It's a pull-apart sticky bread loaf, very easy to make ( make your own ) It's a family tradition of sorts. When I'm not really tired, cause it's labor intensive, and we have bread dough, and I remember. It'll sit in the fridge over night, we'll take it to my grandparents in the morning, and have it after the present opening orgy.
And because my family is very weird, Xmas dinner will be at my dad and stepmom's. My dad is going to California for something, and so all the inlaws, past and present, are going over there for food and to watch Duncan open his 74 million presents. Not that he's spoiled or anything, of course.
And now it's really late (my computer clock is an hour off, and unfixable--it's really about 2:30 or so. Hopefully my brother will get me an external drive soon so I can reformat into XP, which may be evil, but hopefully less so than an ME machine running 98, cause that is not making me happy. :)
